When a lead replies on WhatsApp, eesier now carries the conversation on its own and keeps the lead's record current: it corrects the name, email, phone, and company as the lead introduces or corrects themselves, and respects a request to be contacted on another channel. The first time each lead writes on WhatsApp, you get a heads-up from the blue button letting you know it'll handle the conversation, with a link to its own WhatsApp so you can follow along in real time.
When a lead refers another person or company, eesier now registers that referral as a new lead even if it only has the WhatsApp number — email used to be mandatory. Referrals also now work right inside WhatsApp conversations: each one becomes a trackable lead linked to whoever referred it, and when it's the same company it inherits the registration data. That way you capture every recommendation your leads make, on any channel.
Your leads are now deduplicated automatically: when the same contact shows up more than once (same email or same mobile), the blue button keeps a single lead — the one furthest along the funnel with the most complete history. Contacts who merely share the same company landline stay separate, no lead you took over personally is lost, and true duplicates are archived with an audit trail, never deleted. The result is a clean funnel, without the same lead repeated in several places.
The prospecting report and the dashboard now also show WhatsApp activity, not just email: how many messages eesier sent, how many replies leads gave, and how many distinct leads were in conversation — over 24 hours, 7 and 30 days, and all time. WhatsApp replies are counted separately from email ones, and the blocks only appear when there's activity on that channel, keeping the view clean for email-only users.
eesier now uses AI web search to locate each lead's company website and the decision-maker's LinkedIn profile, finding the right contact far more often than the traditional search — which failed silently when there was no exact URL match. In practice, more leads arrive with LinkedIn, job title, and company filled in correctly, giving the blue button more context to personalize the approach.
When eesier replies to an email where other people were CC'd, the conversation participants are now read and preserved correctly in the copy, and the send no longer fails because of a CC address in an invalid format. Before, depending on how the original email arrived, the reply could simply fail to go out. Now replies in conversations involving more than one person arrive reliably.
The first message eesier sends on WhatsApp now sounds natural even for leads you haven't emailed yet: it opens with the right greeting for the time of day (good morning, afternoon, or evening) and, when it knows the lead's business, mentions their company and what they do, asking for confirmation. Leads you've already emailed still get an opener that references that conversation. More relevant first messages have a better chance of a reply.
As soon as a lead you'd only contacted by email shows interest, the blue button automatically sends a WhatsApp message so they save your number and know they can reply there. It sends only once, only when you have an active WhatsApp number and the lead had no prior history on that channel, and it doesn't change your email cadence. It's a nudge that opens the WhatsApp channel at the right moment, with nothing for you to do.
The Agendor integration improved: each contact from the same company now becomes its own deal in your funnel, instead of only the first person getting in. And when the deal already exists in Agendor, the lead is marked as integrated normally, with no errors or repeated retries. Your CRM now reflects every prospected contact, not just one per company.
We fixed the company website links on your leads. Before, data from some enrichment sources could produce broken addresses (like a link with two ""https"" stuck together); now eesier cleans each address and always saves the bare domain. Each company's website shows correctly and clickable on every screen where the lead appears.
